What files can I upload?

STL, 3MF, STEP, STP, OBJ, GLB and ZIP for models, plus PDF, JPG or PNG for drawings and photos. If you only have a photo of a part, upload that and we will advise on the next step.

Can I order only one part?

Yes. One-off parts are a normal order for us, and small series are welcome too.

What if I do not have a 3D model?

Send photos, measurements or a drawing. We will tell you honestly whether the part can be modelled and printed, and what it would take.

How do you calculate the price?

The price depends on material, print time, part size and finishing. An engineer reviews your files and sends a clear quotation by email. There are no hidden fees.

Which material should I choose?

Tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend a material. As a rule of thumb: PLA for visual models, PETG for indoor functional parts, ASA for outdoor use, TPU for flexible parts, Nylon for demanding mechanical loads.

Do you deliver across Europe?

Yes. We produce in Latvia and ship with tracking across the EU and to the UK.

How long does a quotation take?

We review requests personally, so the answer comes from an engineer, not a bot. You will receive the quotation by email as soon as the review is done.

Are my files confidential?

Yes. Your files are used only to review and produce your project. They are not published or shared, and they are not used to train AI models without your permission.
